Pressure Washing is a technique of using water at a high pressure, with a high flow rate to clean a surface of dirt and debris.

Pressure Washing is extremely effective in cleaning hard, baked on dirt and stains on durable surfaces

Soft Washing is a much gentler technique of cleaning surfaces that are not as tough or can be damaged by high pressure water jets

Instead of using high pressure, a carefully chosen mixture of specialized detergents are used to finesse stains and bio-growth off surfaces like driveways, walls, and roofs. Here in Texas we use this system a lot to fight mold and algae growth in our hot and humid climate.

The dark areas you see on the roof in the picture above is actually mold that is feeding off the asphalt shingles. By killing the mold, we extend the life of the shingles as well as bring curb appeal back to this shop.

Here is a good example of Soft Washing in action. This house had a good amount of Mildew built up on the wood siding and shingles. We did not want to hit the siding with high pressure because we did not want to damage the wood or paint. The home owner also informed us that the shingles were about 30 years old. So we used a light mixture of Sodium Hypochlorite to kill the mildew and restore the house and shingles to a clean condition.

This next home had a beautiful patio and pool area that unfortunately was neglected over time. This was stamped and stained concrete with a mixture of mold and mildew with cooked on dirt.

We decided to use a mixture of both Pressure Washing and Soft Washing to clean this surface. The Pressure Washing was used to blast the baked on dirt and mud off the patio. We then followed that up with Soft Washing to kill any remaining bio-growth that the pressure did not get rid of.

Lastly we did a post-treat with Sodium Hypochlorite solution to bring life and color back to this patio and keep it looking good .
