Pressure Washing, Soft Washing, Window Cleaning, Tree Removal and Painting around Houston

First up in our Gallery is a beautiful building where we did a little bit of Soft Wash Mold Remediati0n. We couldn't use high pressure on this ceiling, so we decided to let detergents do the work for us. This building really turned out great. When we were done with the Soft Wash, we also Cleaned the windows.

This wall and sidewalk are a combination of Pressure and Soft Washing. Pressure Washing to lift the dirt and mildew off the surfaces, Soft Washing to kill any residue that is left over so it does not come back.

We ran out of daylight, so we fired up the generator and work lights for this Church job that turned out great!

In the picture below you can see immediately just how much of a difference a good cleaning can make. The bottom concrete has been cleaned, however the dark brown area has not.

The job below was pretty tricky. We were asked to clean a half metal, half stone building. There was a decent amount of mold, algae, and lichens that had built up over the years that needed to go.
The challenges came in the fact that the top half of the building is metal and there were plants at the bottom that the owners had worked years to grow.
As tough as metal siding is, it requires gentle cleaning techniques to ensure that it is not damaged during the cleaning process. Too much pressure and you can blast paint and coatings off the siding. Apply the wrong chemical and you can etch or oxidize the metal. Add to the fact that some of the cleaning agents generally used are not plant friendly and we had a delicate situation on our hands.
When done correctly though, we were able to restore beauty to this flight school building that we were pretty proud of.

When Hurricane Beryl hit Houston, the bottom fell out of the Pressure and Window Washing Market for about 6 weeks. As a small business, we had to switch gears to survive. We decided to help with hurricane cleanup as many people had trees and branches come down due to the high winds. It is amazing how many full-size trees you can fit into a truck and little trailer! The chain saws definitely got a good workout.
With that said, we are open to helping with tree maintenance and removal anytime, not just when there is a disaster we need to respond to.
Storm Cleanup and Tree Removal

Tall Trees are no problem. If we have to, we will bring in a lift cut high trees and delicately bring down branches and trunks to avoid hitting fences and buildings.
Bringing down trees and branches before they become a problem can eliminate a lot of headaches.

Unfortunately we don't always remember to take before and after pictures of every job we complete... For this job, we have already completed a Soft Wash to the rear brick wall, Stained the Wooden Fence, and are getting ready to wash the pool coping.
Surface Sealing and Staining

This was a great feel-good project. In addition to Soft Washing the entire church and Cleaning all the windows, we were asked to scrape all lichens off of this cross and give it a fresh coat of white paint. We used a Marine Grade Acrylic which turned out great!
With that said, we are experienced in both interior and exterior painting on multiple surface types.
